We have the following units available to accommodate small and very large groups. All within walking distance to the beach, Le Beaus, Zipps, etc. Situated about 3 blocks West of Le Beaus.

Each unit has its own separate parking and entrance and is separated by dual-locked, solid doors inside the home for complete privacy.

Cozy Bear Lodge:

Den 1 sleeps 24 and has the following private areas: HOT TUB! THEATRE ROOM stocked with snacks and drinks, INDOOR SPORTS COURT/ARCADE, 3 bed, 3 baths, 1 fully stocked kitchen, seating for 24 in dining room, covered deck, lake views, pool table, fire pit, BBQ grill, and several KING BEDS.

Den 2 sleeps 6 and has the following private areas: 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath with stand-alone tub and separate shower, 1 fully stocked kitchen, private covered porch, KING BED, dining room, and living room with fireplace.

Den 3 sleeps 6 and has the following private areas: located on the top floor and has 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 1 fully stocked kitchen, a private covered balcony with lake views, a living room, a dining area, and a KING BED.

Den 4 sleeps 11 and has the following private areas: 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 1 fully stocked kitchen and dining area, private covered deck with fire pit, and KING BED.

You can rent all units together to sleep 47 people. Each unit has its own entrance both outside and inside the home. Those solid doors separating the units can open up to allow access to all parts of the home from inside. Den 1 is the main unit, and all other dens can be accessed through Den 1. Renting the whole lodge provides you with a total of 10 beds, 7 baths, 4 fully stocked kitchens, an indoor sports court/arcade, a pool table, a HOT TUB, a propane fire pit, a BBQ grill, and a THEATRE ROOM stocked with snacks and drinks. With 8500 square feet of space, multiple families can spread out and fit comfortably.

The pickleball court has just been poured. There are currently no lines painted, as it’s a work in progress. It can be used for extra parking as well.
